Role Description The Recruiter role at Brewiing Talent is an on-site position based in Faridabad. The Recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring activities, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating further interview rounds. This role involves building and maintaining talent pipelines for various roles, partnering with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs, and ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience. The Recruiter will also maintain accurate recruitment records,



support employer branding initiatives, and assist in onboarding activities as needed.

• Strong skills in candidate sourcing, resume screening, and coordinating interviews.
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools, job portals, and skilled networking platforms.
• Ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders, with clear and professional communication.
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple open roles and deadlines.
• Prior experience in recruiting, preferably in education, healthcare, or corporate training environments.
