Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative role based in Gurgaon. The Customer Service Representative will handle customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, chat & social media handle queries ensuring timely and accurate responses. Responsibilities include resolving order, delivery, and product-related issues, providing detailed information about sizes, materials, and care,



and guiding customers through exchanges and returns. The role involves maintaining customer records, updating order statuses, and coordinating with warehouse, sales, and store teams to support smooth operations. The representative will also collect customer feedback, contribute to improving the overall customer experience, and uphold NEEDLEDUST’s brand standards in every interaction.

• Previous experience in customer service, customer support, or a similar customer-facing role.
