Role Description: We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Plant Operations to run the Mankoli plant day to day and take ownership of what leaves it. You will be accountable for production, quality, maintenance, inventory, dispatch, safety and manpower:



delivering every order on time, to specification and within cost. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is comfortable on the shop floor, reads drawings with confidence, and can hold a team to a standard without needing
constant direction from management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute daily and weekly production schedules, allocating manpower, machines and materials across multiple concurrent jobs
- Track progress against delivery commitments, flag delays early and recover schedules proactively
- Supervise fabrication and assembly as per approved drawings, specifications and codes
- Ensure in-process and final inspection at every stage, and coordinate customer and third-party inspections
- Lead and train supervisors, fabricators, fitters, welders and contract workers, with transparent accountability and discipline
