We’re looking for an experienced Market Expert to lead our Mumbai Transactions team as we expand our presence in the city.
What you’ll do:
• Lead, hire and coach a high-performing team of Market Experts.
• Build strong developer relationships and evaluate projects across Mumbai’s micromarkets.
• Advise HNI clients on property selection, due diligence, pricing and negotiations.
• Bring an investment lens to every recommendation, from rental yields to infrastructure-led appreciation.
Who should apply?
• 7–8 years of experience in Mumbai’s residential real estate market.
• Experience with a leading real estate advisory/consulting firm or developer.
• Robust micromarket knowledge and proven team leadership skills.
• A customer-first mindset, with a clear preference for advisory over pushy sales.
• The ownership and growth mindset to thrive in a fast-paced startup.
