Our client, an ISO 9001:2015 certified lift and elevator manufacturer in Bangalore, is looking for a Business Development Manager to win current projects with builders, architects, consultants and developers.
What you'll do
• Generate leads and win residential, commercial and healthcare lift projects
• Handle site visits, quotations, negotiation and closure
• Build a strong builder and architect network across Bangalore
• Own monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
What we're looking for
• 5+ years in B2B / project sales to builders, architects or contractors, OR 2+ years in lift/elevator sales
• A strong Bangalore real-estate / construction network
• Graduate (Business, Marketing or Engineering)
Experience in fire safety, HVAC, uPVC/aluminium windows, doors or building products sold to builders is a strong plus.
