Role Description The Customer Service Associate (Chat Support) is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. This position involves handling customer queries and requests via online chat, providing timely and accurate information about orders, products, and services. The associate will resolve issues, track and update tickets,



and ensure a smooth and positive customer experience throughout the interaction.
