Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Relationship Manager to handle voice-based sales interactions. The role involves engaging with potential customers, understanding their property needs, and providing suitable solutions for renting, buying, or selling through our platform.
• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound calls with prospective customers
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties
• Build strong relationships and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
• Guide customers through the end-to-end real estate journey
• Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
• Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication




• Coordinate with internal teams for seamless service delivery
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM

• Eligibility CriteriaAny graduate (Freshers & experienced candidates can apply)
• Good communication skills in English (regional languages preferred)
• Basic knowledge of sales/customer handling
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
