Role Description The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end hiring processes for various roles within Zell Education. This full-time, in office position based in Mumbai includes sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. The role involves building and maintaining talent pipelines, managing recruitment portals and social media platforms,
and supporting employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates. The Talent Acquisition Executive will also collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand role requirements, provide market insights, and continuously improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.
