Role Description The Sr Executive Accounts Receivable is a full-time, on-site role located in South Delhi. This position is responsible for managing customer invoicing, monitoring outstanding receivables, and ensuring timely collection of payments. The role includes reconciling customer accounts, following up on overdue balances, and coordinating with sales and operations teams to resolve billing or payment discrepancies. The Sr Executive will prepare AR reports, support month-end closing activities,



and assist in maintaining accurate financial records in line with company policies. Daily tasks also involve working with accounting software, maintaining documentation for audits, and contributing to process improvements in the accounts receivable function.
Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, collections, and account reconciliation.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP systems) and MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to interpret and apply basic accounting principles and maintain accurate financial documentation.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills for coordinating with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
• Experience in a manufacturing, mining, metals, or related industry is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree
