Sr. Executive – Sales & Business Development
Experience Required: 3–5 Years
Industry: Construction, Infrastructure, Building Materials & Interior Products
Salary: As per industry standards, commensurate with experience and expertise.

We are seeking professionals with sound technical and commercial knowledge in one or more of the following segments:

Plumbing & Sanitary Solutions
Mechanical Services - HVAC systems, ventilation, fire-fighting equipment, mechanical installations, pumps and related building services products.
Electrical Products & Solutions - Cables, wires, switches, lighting, switchgear,



electrical panels, distribution systems and allied electrical products.
Interior Design & Fit-Out Products - Modular kitchens, furniture, flooring, tiles, laminates, plywood, hardware, partitions, ceilings, wall finishes, furnishings, decorative lighting, accessories and other interior product categories.

? What We’re Looking For

Ø Strong understanding of the construction and building materials ecosystem.
Ø Proven experience in dealing with Manufacturers, Distributors, Dealers, Suppliers and Buyers.
Ø Excellent negotiation, relationship management and commercial skills.
Ø Ability to identify, onboard and develop reliable vendor and buyer networks.
Ø Experience in sourcing, pricing, quotations, purchase orders and commercial coordination.
Ø Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving abilities.
