Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
• Manage campaigns for lead generation, website traffic, conversions, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, competitor analysis, and market research.
• Monitor and optimize key performance metrics such as CPL, CPA, CAC, CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversion rate, and ROI.
• Create and manage different campaign types, including Search, Display, Video, and Remarketing, Lead Generation, and Conversion campaigns.
• Develop strategies for retargeting and remarketing to improve conversion rates.
• Work closely with the creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad copies, creatives, landing pages, and promotional campaigns.
• Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, copy, audiences, landing pages, and campaign strategies.
• Track campaign performance using Google Analytics/GA4,



Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite, and other analytics tools.
• Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to improve campaign ROI.
• Analyze customer behavior, campaign data, and conversion funnels to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage and optimize marketing budgets to achieve maximum ROI.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor campaigns, and changes in digital advertising platforms.
• Coordinate with sales teams to improve lead quality, lead conversion, and customer acquisition.
• Develop and implement strategies for scaling successful campaigns while maintaining target acquisition costs.
• Ensure proper tracking of pixels, events, conversions, UTM parameters, and campaign attribution.

Required Skills
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing / Digital Marketing.
• Solid expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Experience with LinkedIn Ads, YouTube
