Role OverviewWe are looking for a proactive Education Counselor to help students and working professionals explore our psychology programmes, understand their course options and complete their enrolment. This role is also relevant to candidates interested in Program Consultant and Enrollment Coordinator opportunities.

Key Responsibilities• Contact prospective learners through phone calls, WhatsApp, Zoom or Google Meet.
• Understand their academic backgrounds, course preferences and learning requirements.
• Explain programme details, course structure, eligibility,



fees and certification.
• Address queries and help candidates understand the available learning options.
• Follow up with interested candidates and guide them towards enrolment.
• Achieve assigned admission and revenue targets.
• Maintain enquiry records and admission updates in the CRM.
• Coordinate registrations and follow up on incomplete enrolments and pending payments.
