Job Description – Sr. Executive – Finance Operations

Job Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations.
- Handle bank reconciliations, ledger scrutiny, and financial transactions.
- Prepare MIS reports and assist in financial reporting.
- Support month-end closing, audits, and compliance activities.
- Monitor payments, expenses, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Coordinate with internal teams and auditors for financial documentation.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of accounting and finance operations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.

*Preferred:* Candidates with experience in the financial services industry will be preferred.
