- Supervise and mentor Kitchen Stewarding Associates, providing clear direction, constructive feedback, and ongoing training to enhance team performance and professional growth
- Oversee the maintenance, care, and proper functioning of all food and beverage operating equipment, ensuring compliance with manufacturer specifications and safety standards
- Establish and enforce rigorous cleanliness and sanitation protocols across all kitchen areas, including storage, preparation, and service zones, in accordance with food safety regulations
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of kitchen facilities to identify maintenance needs, equipment issues, and areas for improvement
- Manage inventory of stewarding supplies and equipment, optimizing stock levels while maintaining cost efficiency
