We have agreed on the following relaxation around Payables and iExpenses:

- Candidate should have solid Oracle EBS R12.2, atleast 6+ years' experience across SCM, Inventory, and Procurement, covering configuration, production support, enhancements, and period-close activities.
- Basic SQL knowledge is required, as the EBS environment is highly customized and the resource should be capable of analyzing and troubleshooting issues independently.
- Oracle Fusion experience can be minimal(1 or 2 years), provided the candidate has some exposure to Fusion SCM, Inventory, and Procurement.
- Experience in Oracle Payables and I Expenses would be an added advantage but is not mandatory.
- If the candidate does not have Payables/I Expenses experience, the client is comfortable proceeding provided the candidate is willing to upskill in these areas within a couple of months.

The primary focus should therefore be on candidates with strong Oracle EBS R12.2 SCM/Procurement/Inventory expertise, including configuration, support, enhancements, period-close activities, and basic SQL capabilities.
