2. Quality Analyst (tester) (4-5 Years) – 4 Months

Experience

4-5 years in Banking Application Testing with minimum 2+ years in Loans/NPA/IRAC domain.

Key Responsibilities

· Create and execute test cases for IRAC, NPA and ECL requirements.

· Validate DPD calculations, borrower-level asset classification and provisioning logic.

· Perform functional, SIT, regression and data validation testing.

· Execute test scenarios covering restructuring, settlements, write-off, upgrades and downgrade journeys.

· Log, track and retest defects.

· Support UAT and regulatory releases.

Mandatory Skills

· Valuable understanding of RBI IRAC guidelines and NPA lifecycle.

· Experience in Loan Management, Retail/Corporate Banking testing.





· SQL and database validation.

· Test case design and defect management experience.

· Knowledge of DPD, SMA, NPA, Asset Classification and Provisioning concepts.

Preferred

· Finacle/CBS exposure.

· Experience in regulatory or risk-based banking projects.

Specific Requirement

Candidates must be IRAC Subject Matter Experts (SME) with hands-on experience in RBI Asset Classification, NPA, Provisioning, Borrower-level IRAC compliance, DPD calculations, ECL framework and regulatory testing.
