Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Java Full Stack Developer with strong experience in
building scalable, secure, and cloud-native enterprise applications. The ideal
candidate will have expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Git, Microservices, Apache
Kafka, React, TypeScript, REST APIs, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, DevSecOps,
and AWS/Azure/GCP and up-to-date DevOps practices.

Must-Have Skills

* Backend: Excellent hands-on Core Java (Java 17/21), Spring Boot 3.x,
Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, Hibernate, Microservices, REST APIs.

* Messaging: Apache Kafka, Kafka Streams, event-driven architecture, Kafka
security, and error handling.

* Frontend: React ,Angular & TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and API
integration.

* Databases: PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL; SQL optimization, schema design, and
performance tuning.

* DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins CI/CD, Git, and Maven/Gradle.
Terraform, Infrastructure as Code, and DevSecOps.

* Cloud: Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP. Familiarity with AWS
services such as ECS/EKS, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, and IAM, or
equivalent services on Azure/GC. Cloud-native services, serverless
architectures, and automated security scanning.

* Testing: JUnit 5, Mockito, integration testing, API testing, and automated
testing. Security & Quality: Spring Security, OAuth 2.0/OIDC, secure coding,
SonarQube, and code reviews.

* Engineering Practices: Agile/Scrum, debugging, performance tuning, and
production troubleshooting.

* AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, or
Amazon Q Developer.

* LLM integration, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and vector
databases.

* Spring Cloud, Redis, Elasticsearch/OpenSearch, and OpenShift.





Nice-to-Have Skills

* Experience with Observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and
OpenTelemetry. and distributed tracing platforms.

* Familiarity with centralized logging solutions such as the ELK/EFK stack.

* Exposure to Elasticsearch/OpenSearch, Redis, and application performance
monitoring tools.

* Experience with load testing, capacity planning, scalability optimization,
and production performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

* Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using Java,
Spring Boot, and React.

* Build secure REST APIs, microservices, and event-driven solutions using
Kafka.

* Develop responsive frontend components using React and TypeScript.

* Optimize database performance, application scalability, and system
reliability.

* Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deploy containerized applications.

* Implement automated testing, secure coding, monitoring, and logging
practices.

* Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and resolve
performance bottlenecks.

* Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and Agile
ceremonies.

* Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, QA, and DevOps teams.

* Leverage AI-assisted development tools responsibly to improve productivity
and code quality.

Required Qualifications

* Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.

* 5–7 years of professional software development experience, with strong
backend expertise.

* Proven experience delivering full-stack enterprise applications.

* Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to work independently, take ownership, and mentor junior
developers.

Cloud AWS, Azure, Google, and Claude certifications are a huge plus.
