Role Description The Plant Human Resources Manager will oversee all HR activities at the Raipur manufacturing plant, ensuring alignment with company policies and local regulations in a full-time, on-site capacity. This role includes managing recruitment and onboarding for plant roles, coordinating workforce planning,



and supporting employee engagement and retention initiatives. The manager will administer HR processes such as attendance and leave management, payroll inputs, performance management cycles, and training and development programs for plant staff. Additional responsibilities include handling employee relations, resolving workplace issues, maintaining HR documentation and HRIS data, and ensuring compliance with labor laws, health and safety standards, and company HR procedures. The role also involves collaborating closely with plant leadership to support organizational culture, productivity, and continuous improvement.
