Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Ahmedabad. The Relationship Manager will manage and grow a portfolio of customers by understanding their financial needs, offering suitable banking products, and ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction. Daily activities include onboarding new customers, conducting regular account reviews,



cross-selling and upselling relevant products, and addressing customer queries and concerns promptly. The role involves close coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of transactions, compliance with bank policies, and timely resolution of operational issues. The Relationship Manager will also track performance metrics, prepare basic reports, and contribute to local business development initiatives.
