About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Category Manager to own category strategy, business performance, and growth across online channels. The ideal candidate will bring strong commercial acumen, analytical skills, and experience in driving revenue, profitability, assortment planning, and category expansion.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute category growth strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Own category-level P&L;, revenue growth, margins, and profitability.
• Drive assortment planning, pricing, promotions, and product positioning.
• Identify market trends, consumer insights, and growth opportunities to strengthen category performance.
• Lead new product launches and manage the product lifecycle.
• Drive performance across marketplaces and D2C channels,



optimizing sales and conversion.
• Monitor category KPIs, sales trends, inventory levels, and demand forecasts.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, supply chain, and product teams to achieve business targets.
• Track competitor activity and implement strategies to improve market share and category competitiveness.

Required Skills & Qualifications
• 2+ years of relevant experience in Category Management, E-commerce, D2C, FMCG, or Consumer Brands.
• Robust understanding of category P&L;, revenue management, pricing, and profitability.
• Experience in assortment planning, product launches, and marketplace management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and drive business outcomes.
• Experience in women’s wellness, personal care, beauty, or intimate-care categories will be an advantage.
