Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to manage and execute the company's digital marketing activities, with a primary focus on Social Media Marketing, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and Paid Advertising.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing social media platforms, improving website visibility, executing performance marketing campaigns, and analyzing digital marketing performance. The candidate will be responsible for strengthening the company's online presence, generating relevant leads, improving audience engagement, and supporting overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Marketing
• Develop and implement social media strategies across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
• Plan and manage content calendars, social media posts, promotional campaigns, and brand communication.
• Coordinate with designers and content creators to develop engaging and relevant digital content.
• Monitor audience engagement, brand visibility, reach,



and social media performance.
• Identify industry trends and opportunities to improve the company's digital presence.

2. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
• Implement on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic visibility.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, backlink analysis, and website audits.
• Optimize website content, landing pages, meta tags, headings, and internal linking.
• Improve organic traffic, keyword rankings, website performance, and search engine visibility.
• Monitor SEO performance using Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.

3. Paid Advertising & Performance Marketing
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns using Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Manage advertising budgets, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and campaign performance.
• Monitor key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, conversions,
