• Drive NPA recovery and resolution of high-delinquency cases.
• Handle and monitor field collection teams.
• Achieve collection and recovery targets.
• Conduct field visits and handle critical recovery cases.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and collection guidelines.
• Experience: Relevant experience in vehicle loan collections and hard-bucket recovery.
Required Skills And Experience
• Minimum 5-8 Years of collection experience in any automotive products like LMV,TW,3w,LCV,MCV,HCV
• Experience in managing collection agencies
• Excellent data management skills
• Team handing experience
