Role Description The Regional Training Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Mumbai. This role is responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs for regional teams, including sales, operations, and customer-facing staff, to ensure consistent performance and adherence to Rupeek’s processes and compliance standards.
The Regional Training Manager will conduct classroom and on-the-job training, develop learning materials and SOPs, and use data and feedback to refine training content. The role includes collaborating with business leaders to identify skill gaps, supporting new initiatives and product launches through targeted training, and maintaining training reports and documentation. The Regional Training Manager will also coach and mentor team members, promote a culture of continuous learning, and ensure alignment with Rupeek’s customer-centric values.
Qualifications
• Experience in training design and delivery, including facilitation of classroom and on-the-job learning for sales and operations teams.
• Strong skills in curriculum development, content creation, and documentation of processes, SOPs, and training materials.
