Responsibilities.
• Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and management systems.
• Ensure compliance with applicable HSE legislation, regulations, and client requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, and recommend corrective actions.
• Monitor compliance with safety procedures, permit-to-work systems, and protected work practices.
• Lead emergency preparedness and response planning, including drills and training
