Job Title: Pickleball Venue Manager
Location: HSR Layout, Bengaluru
About the Role
We’re looking for a Pickleball Venue Manager to run our pickleball venue in HSR Layout, Bengaluru. This is a hands-on role covering both the day-to-day running of the courts and the growth of our player community. The right person will keep the venue smooth and welcoming, and will bring people together through play, events, and tournaments.
Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day venue operations, including court bookings, scheduling, and facility upkeep
• Handle customer queries, memberships, and payments
• Build and run the pickleball community through social play, beginner clinics, leagues, and tournaments
• Coordinate with coaches and staff, and manage their schedules
• Plan and run events, and help bring in sponsors and partners
• Promote the venue through social media and local outreach




• Track bookings, revenue, and community growth, and report on them regularly

Requirements
• Experience in sports facility, club, or hospitality management (pickleball, tennis, badminton, or fitness experience is a strong plus)
• Solid communication skills in English and Kannada or Hindi
• Comfortable with basic computer tools, booking systems, and social media
• Organized, reliable, and able to handle multiple tasks at once
• Passion for sports and building a community

Nice to Have
• Experience running a sports community, group, or events
• Basic knowledge of pickleball rules and coaching
• Existing network of players, clubs, or sponsors in Bengaluru
