Rarecarat.com powers over $100M in annual sales by creating transparency in a historically opaque industry using AI indicators and human expert advice. Operating on an innovative "managed marketplace" business model, the company combines the selection advantages of a marketplace with the quality assurance of a traditional retailer.

About the RoleWe are looking for a Finished Jewelry Associate (2–4 years experience) to manage order-level operations for finished jewelry, ensuring seamless coordination between manufacturing partners, logistics, and internal teams.
This role is ideal for someone with a jewelry background who has experience handling orders, production follow-ups, and manufacturing
