Role Description This is a full-time remote role that combines designer and technical responsibilities within the apparel development process. The qualified in this role will translate design concepts and product references into detailed technical packages, ensuring accurate garment construction and consistent fit across categories.
Day-to-day tasks include developing and updating technical specs, reviewing samples, coordinating fittings, and providing clear feedback to pattern makers and production teams. The role also involves collaborating with sourcing, quality, and logistics partners to maintain construction standards, troubleshoot technical issues, and support timely production. The designer and technical specialist will contribute to continuous improvement of design workflows, documentation, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Technical Design and Garment Construction to create accurate tech packs and ensure production-ready garments.
