We're Hiring: Senior Sales Executive
Since 2000, RN Valves & Faucets has been a trusted manufacturer of brass and PTMT bath fittings, valves and accessories, with a portfolio of 6,000+ products and a network of 4,500+ dealers and distributors across India.
As we continue to grow, we're looking for a driven Senior Sales Executive to join our team.

About the Role
This is a full time role based at our Sahibabad, Ghaziabad (Delhi NCR) office, with market visits as required. You will drive sales growth through our dealer and distributor network, build strong long-term relationships with partners and expand our market coverage, helping strengthen RN Valves & Faucets' presence in the bath fittings market.

What you'll do:
• Grow sales through our dealer and distributor network
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and distributors
• Appoint new dealers and expand market coverage
• Drive dealer schemes, offers and promotional campaigns
• Conduct product presentations, dealer meets and market visits
• Support dealer training and help resolve dealer and client issues




• Coordinate with internal teams on pricing, supply and promotions
• Achieve sales targets and ensure timely collections
• Track sales data, market trends and competitor activity, and prepare regular performance reports

What we're looking for:
• 4+ years of sales experience in sanitaryware, CP fittings, plumbing, hardware or building materials
• Master's degree (MBA preferred)
• Proven experience in channel sales through dealers and distributors, including a senior or lead role with revenue and territory responsibility
• Familiarity with the North India market will be an advantage
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills

Location: Sahibabad, Ghaziabad (Delhi NCR), office-based with market visits as required
