Role Description The Product Sourcing and Category Marketing Assistant Manager role is a full-time, in office position based in Dehradun. This role supports the development and management of product categories, coordinating with sourcing teams and suppliers to ensure timely availability, quality, and cost-effective products.



The position involves analyzing market trends, consumer behavior, and sales data to guide category strategies and marketing initiatives. The Assistant Manager collaborates with sales, marketing, and product teams to plan promotions, optimize product assortments, and improve overall category performance. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing product lifecycle activities, preparing reports and dashboards, and contributing to strategic decisions that strengthen Tupperware’s presence in the Indian market.
