Intelli Owl is looking for SAP BASIS Migration expert to work in fast face environment where you will handle multiple clients at the same time.
This is very challngeing rolle and involves to colloborate with customer side technical people along with Teams in SAP.
Work from Office in Intelli Owl office in LB, Nagar, Hyderabad location
In this role you will represent SAP and below are the roles and responsibilities :
• Customer Meetings and manage technical customer expectations during brown field Migrations
• lead end to end Migrations from SAP end as part of Migration Excellence Center
• Support with technical Customer Issues
• Bridge between internal delivery Teams and Customer
• Supporting and anticipating Customers needs, capacity management, EWA reports, etc.
• Follow up Customer Dashboard on daily basis.
• Lead Technical meetings with the customers as well as follow up .
• Follow up with Service engineering for recent 3rd party add-ons and products.
• Escalating tickets towards Delivery if no satisfactory response on the activity.
• Participation in the daily SR safeguarding calls to ensure successful service request execution.
• Efforts to support Partner led migrations.
• Supporting customer escalations and actively participate in war-room.
• Technical SPoC for Customers
• Optimizing Customer Landscapes (Top Issues, RCA Action Items, Alerts, Landscape Management, etc.)
• Trusted Advisor for Customers (listening for pain points and suggest improvements, prioritizing urgent requests, etc.)
