Role Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day
accounting operations, financial records, reconciliations, taxation, invoicing, and compliance
activities. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, valuable
proficiency in Tally/ERP and MS Excel, and the ability to maintain accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:
● Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and financial records.
● Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
● Prepare and process sales and purchase invoices, bills, receipts, and payment entries.
● Perform bank, cash, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations.
● Maintain and verify general ledger accounts and ensure accuracy of accounting records.
● Manage accounts receivable/payable ageing and follow up on outstanding payments.
● Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
● Prepare profit & loss statements,



balance sheets, trial balance, and other financial statements.
● Handle GST-related accounting and compliance, including preparation/support for GST returns and reconciliation.
● Assist with TDS calculations, deductions, payments, and returns.
● Maintain proper documentation and records for GST, TDS, invoices, expenses, and other financial transactions.
● Ensure timely recording and reconciliation of GST input/output transactions.
● Monitor and record expenses, reimbursements, petty cash, and employee-related financial transactions.
● Coordinate with vendors, customers, banks, auditors, and internal teams for accounting-related requirements.
● Support statutory, internal, and financial audits by providing required documents and reports.
● Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, taxation requirements, and company policies.
