About TAPTAP is a services-led company supporting organizations across HR workflow implementation, managed HR operations, payroll input coordination, compliance task tracking, and hiring delivery.
Our work is organized around three services: TAP Implement, TAP Operate, and TAP Hire. We are also developing TAPPHIRE as a future hiring technology initiative.

Role OverviewWe are looking for a creative, research-oriented Marketing & Brand Intern to support TAP's brand communication, content development, visual content creation, and digital presence.
The internship offers practical exposure to B2B marketing, employer branding, business communication, and content development.

Key Responsibilities• Research and develop content ideas related to recruitment, HR operations, workforce management, business operations, and technology.
• Draft LinkedIn feed posts, hiring announcements, captions,



short articles, and brand communication.
• Design professional social media creatives, simple infographics, and LinkedIn carousels using Canva, Figma, or similar tools.
• Support content for TAP's services and approved TAPPHIRE development updates.
• Maintain a structured marketing content calendar.
• Collaborate with recruitment and business teams to understand communication requirements.
• Review marketing materials for clarity, factual accuracy, visual consistency, and audience relevance.
• Support website content updates, campaign materials, and brand documentation.
• Track published content and prepare basic performance summaries.

Skills & Qualifications• Students, recent graduates, or early-career candidates interested in marketing, communications, business, or related fields.
• Robust written English and communication skills.
• Interest in content writing, visual design, and social media
