ABOUT THE COMPANY
A quick-growing, venture-backed travel-fintech company building a new-age consumer travel-card experience for India's young, digital-first consumer. Founder-led, high-growth and tech first and AI-forward, with a young workforce and a brand built for youngsters - a rare chance to shape the people foundation of a category-defining business as it scales.

THE ROLE
A senior people leader partnering directly with the Founder & CEO. You'll own talent acquisition, learning & development, people processes and business partnering; act as the founder's essential culture partner; support senior leadership hiring; and build a contemporary, AI-native people function fit for a young, fast-scaling organisation. Culture is driven from the founder's office — your role is to make it real, every day, on the ground.

• Talent acquisition:



Build and lead a strong talent-acquisition engine for a high-growth organization.
• L&D; & people process: Modern, scalable, light-touch learning, people processes and operating rigor.
• Business partnering: A capable HRBP layer close to the business and its young workforce.
• Culture: As the founder's partner, translate culture from intent into lived, everyday reality — with a strong people pulse and genuine care.
• Leadership hiring support: Partner the founder on senior screening and executive onboarding.
• People tech & AI: Bring an AI-native, new-age HR-tech muscle; push modern tooling and ways of working.
• Rewards & experience: Thoughtful compensation and rewards, and an environment where young talent thrives.
