Role Description The Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) is a full time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for leading the bank’s information security and cybersecurity strategy. The CISO will design, implement, and maintain information security policies, standards, and frameworks aligned with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. Daily responsibilities include overseeing security operations,



monitoring threats, managing incident response, and coordinating vulnerability assessments and penetration testing. The role involves working closely with technology, risk, compliance, and business teams to ensure secure application development, data protection, and business continuity planning. The CISO will also lead security awareness programs, manage audits, report security posture to senior leadership, and guide security-related investments and projects.
Qualifications
• Strong expertise in Information Security and Information Security Management, with experience establishing and governing enterprise-wide security frameworks.
• Proficiency in Cybersecurity practices, including threat management, incident response, security monitoring, and risk assessment.
• Hands-on experience with Application Security, secure software development lifecycle (SDLC), and protection of critical banking
