Role Description The Tender Executive role is a full time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The Tender Executive will be responsible for identifying tender opportunities, reviewing tender notifications,
and coordinating with internal teams to gather technical and commercial inputs. Daily tasks include preparing and submitting tender documents, managing pre-qualification requirements, updating tender trackers, and ensuring compliance with client and regulatory guidelines. The role involves maintaining communication with clients and vendors, clarifying tender specifications, and following up on tender status and results. The Tender Executive will also support price bid preparation, assist with contract documentation, and contribute to continuous improvement of tender processes and documentation standards.
