Role Description The Director of Sales and Business Development is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This position leads sales strategy and execution, driving revenue growth across corporate and social event segments. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, nurturing key accounts, managing the sales pipeline,



and overseeing contract negotiations with clients and partners.

The role involves collaborating closely with operations and culinary teams to design service offerings, prepare proposals, and ensure seamless delivery aligned with client expectations. The Director will also develop and mentor the sales team, set performance targets, monitor market trends, and represent CW Hospitality at industry events and client meetings.
