About the Role
We are hiring our first outbound leader. For your first 90 days, you'll run outbound yourself into some of the largest pharmaceutical and medical device companies in the US. Then you will hire and lead a team of BDRs.

What you'll do

First 90 days: build it and run it yourself
• Run outbound to our strategic US accounts, where careful research and sharp writing matter more than volume.
• Set up the sending side properly:



domains, mailboxes, authentication, warm-up, verification and daily limits.
• Track the signals that tell you which account, and which business unit inside it, to work this week.
• Write and test sequences across email, phone and LinkedIn, and book qualified meetings for our US sales team.
• Follow up on our webinars and industry events within agreed SLAs.

Months 3 to 6: hire and lead the team
• Hire your first BDR once your own outreach is producing meetings that sales accepts, week after week. Grow to 2 to 3 BDRs from there.
• Ramp them on US life sciences companies, inbound demo requests, and event follow-up, while you keep the strategic accounts.
• Coach every week through call reviews and copy reviews.

Every week
• Run a scorecard of qualified meetings, opportunities created and pipeline, and be ready to explain every number.
• Keep a written agreement with sales on what counts
