Karmic Beauty is a fast-growing D2C beauty & wellness brand focused on building conscious, high-performance products for contemporary consumers. We are scaling aggressively across digital channels and looking for a performance-driven marketer who can own growth and revenue through paid media.

Role Overview
We are hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to lead paid acquisition, optimize CAC, and scale revenue across all digital performance channels. This role requires deep expertise in Meta and Google ecosystems, strong analytical ability, and hands-on execution in a D2C environment.

Key Responsibilities
1) Growth & Acquisition Strategy
• Own end-to-end performance marketing strategy for Karmic Beauty.
• Scale new customer acquisition while improving CAC and ROAS.
• Identify and test new channels, audiences, and acquisition opportunities.

2) Campaign Management
• Plan and execute campaigns across Meta, Google,



YouTube, and emerging platforms.
• Manage paid social, search, display, retargeting, and affiliate channels.
• Optimize campaigns daily based on performance data and business goals.

3) Funnel & Conversion Optimization
• Work closely with website, design, and product teams to improve landing pages and checkout conversion.
• Run A/B tests across creatives, audiences, offers, and funnels.
• Improve CVR, AOV, and overall funnel efficiency.

4) Data & Analytics
• Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics and attribution tools.
• Build dashboards for CAC, ROAS, revenue contribution, and LTV.
• Generate actionable insights for scaling profitable campaigns.

5) Creative Collaboration
• Partner with brand and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
• Drive performance-led creative strategy (hooks, messaging, formats).
• Align campaigns with launches, drops, and seasonal prom
