Role Description The Community Manager role at VR What More is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. In this role, the Community Manager will plan and host community events, manage member communications, and facilitate engagement across offline and online channels. Responsibilities include welcoming new members, understanding their needs, and connecting them with relevant opportunities and resources. The Community Manager will monitor community feedback,



collaborate with internal teams to improve member experience, and help develop initiatives that support growth and collaboration within the community. This role also involves maintaining a positive, inclusive environment and representing the organization at partner and community interactions.
