Role Description The Sales Coordinator (FMCG experienced only) will support and streamline sales operations for Toyo Kombucha in the Greater Delhi Area. This full time, on-site role involves coordinating with field sales teams, tracking orders, maintaining sales reports, and ensuring timely communication between sales, distribution, and operations.



The Sales Coordinator will assist in managing retail and modern trade accounts, follow up on payments, monitor stock levels, and help implement promotional activities in alignment with brand objectives. The role also includes supporting sales forecasting, preparing dashboards, and ensuring accurate data entry in sales systems to enable efficient decision-making.
Qualifications

• Hands-on FMCG sales coordination experience, with strong familiarity with retail and distribution processes.
• Proficiency in sales reporting, data entry, and basic analytics using spreadsheets or CRM tools.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple accounts, orders, and follow-ups.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with internal teams, distributors, and retail partners.
• Ability to work on-site in the Greater Delhi Area and travel locally as required for sales sup
