We’re looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Business Development & Operations Intern to join our team and help us grow our communities, strengthen partnerships, and execute engaging sports experiences.

What you’ll be doing:
Community Operations: Coordinate and manage community games across multiple sports, ensuring smooth on-ground execution.

Business Development: Build relationships with sports venues, equipment suppliers, and other potential business partners.

Event Management: Plan and execute small-scale sporting events and community activations.

Business Operations: Support day-to-day activities and work closely with the team to keep operations running smoothly.





Partnerships & Growth: Explore opportunities to expand our sports communities and strengthen our brand presence.

Solid communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, resourceful, and willing to take ownership.
