At Outpace Academy, we combine structured chess coaching with personalised growth mentoring. We’re looking for a Relationship Manager to lead our Relationship Team and help students stay engaged in their learning journey.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide Relationship Executives, assign follow-ups and review service quality.
• Build robust relationships with parents and understand their expectations and concerns.
• Monitor student attendance, engagement and feedback to identify support needs early.
• Coordinate with chess coaches and Growth Mentors to support students.
• Ensure timely class updates,
parent meetings and resolution of concerns.
• Maintain accurate records and support student retention and renewals.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree; education, psychology, social work or a related field preferred.
• Experience in parent relations, student support, customer success or education operations.
• Team coordination or management experience preferred.
• Strong communication, empathy, problem-solving and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable using CRM tools, spreadsheets and online learning platforms.
• Available during after-school and evening hours.
