At AAFT, we believe our relationship with students goes beyond graduation. We’re looking for a proactive, people-oriented qualified to strengthen our alumni network and build meaningful, lasting connections with our alumni community.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Manage and regularly update the alumni database and AlmaShine portal.
2) Build and nurture alumni relationships through calls, communication, newsletters, and engagement initiatives.
3) Coordinate alumni masterclasses, guest sessions, testimonials, and final-year placement success stories.
4) Manage end-to-end shoot coordination for alumni testimonials and other content.
5) Drive on-campus, hybrid, and virtual alumni engagements and support institutional events.
6) Liaise with all AAFT schools for alumni data, updates, reporting, and engagement activities.
7)



Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, prepare reports, and ensure timely updates and follow-ups.

Who Should Apply?
-2–3 years of experience in management, public relations, alumni relations, or coordination roles.
-Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills. A confident, approachable personality with the ability to connect with diverse people.
-Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with AI tools will be an added advantage.
-Strong organisational skills, initiative, adaptability, and sound decision-making abilities.
