We are looking for an experienced and driven Sales & Marketing skilled to lead the development of our dealer and distributor network and establish VeerShakti as a trusted brand in the agricultural implements market.

Key Responsibilities

1. Dealer & Distributor Network Development
• Identify, appoint, and develop dealers and distributors across West, Central, and South India.
• Build a strong distribution network covering key agricultural markets and farming clusters.
• Identify potential channel partners dealing in rotavators, power tillers, power weeders, and other agricultural implements.




• Develop long-term relationships with dealers, distributors, agricultural equipment manufacturers, and other channel partners.
• Expand market reach by identifying untapped territories and new business opportunities.

2. Sales Growth & Market Development
• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and volume targets.
• Drive sales of VeerShakti-branded blades through the dealer and distributor network.
• Conduct regular market visits to understand customer requirements, competitor activity, pricing, and market trends.
• Work closely with channel partners to improve product visibility, market penetration, and repeat orders.
• Monitor dealer performance, sales pipelines, and territory-wise business growth.

3. Brand Building & Marketing
• Develop and implement marketing initiatives to establish VeerShakti in the agricultural components market.
• Organise dealer meets, product demonstrations,
