Role Description The Hiring Placement Manager, Quality Manager, Sales Executive role is a full-time on-site position based in Dehradun.



The Hiring Placement Manager is responsible for coordinating end-to-end recruitment and placement activities, building talent pipelines, engaging with academic and corporate partners, and ensuring timely onboarding and candidate experience. The Quality Manager oversees process quality, monitors service delivery standards, implements quality frameworks, conducts audits, and collaborates with teams to drive continuous improvement in training, staffing, and project execution. The Sales Executive manages lead generation, client outreach, and relationship building, presents service offerings, prepares proposals, negotiates terms, and works to achieve revenue and growth targets across CertED’s service portfolio. All three functions collaborate closely to align talent, quality, and business objectives, maintain robust stakeholder relationships, and support the company’s mission of “Search | Connect | Engage.”
