Role Description The Area Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Chandigarh, India. The Area Manager will oversee multiple outlets within the assigned territory, ensuring operational excellence, consistent product quality, and adherence to company standards.



Daily responsibilities include supervising store staff, monitoring inventory and supply levels, managing sales performance, and implementing promotional activities. The role involves conducting regular outlet visits, reviewing hygiene and food safety practices, and providing coaching and performance feedback to team members. The Area Manager will also analyze sales reports, address customer concerns, coordinate with central operations and supply chain teams, and support the opening of new outlets as needed.
