Role Description The Ecommerce Manager role at Ease Commerce is a full-time, on-site position based in Indore. The person in this role will oversee daily ecommerce operations, including managing product listings, monitoring order flows, coordinating returns, and ensuring accurate inventory and warehouse data within the CRM platform.



They will collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to optimize online sales performance, improve customer journeys, and implement promotional strategies. The role involves analyzing data and reports to identify trends, refine pricing and campaigns, and recommend improvements to ecommerce processes.
