Role Overview
We are looking for a high-impact Sales Director – Inside Sales to lead and scale our inside sales organisation, with end-to-end ownership of a ₹100 Cr revenue target.
The ideal candidate will bring a solid track record of building high-performing sales teams, leading managers, driving revenue growth, and improving sales productivity in a high-volume, target-driven environment. This role requires a strategic yet hands-on leader who can translate business goals into execution excellence.
Key Responsibilities
1. Revenue & Business Ownership
• Own and deliver the ₹100 Cr revenue target through effective sales planning, execution, and performance management.
• Develop sales strategies to drive revenue growth, conversion, average order value (AOV), and overall business performance.
• Monitor revenue forecasts, sales pipelines, and key business metrics to ensure consistent target achievement.

Sales Organisation Leadership
• Lead, develop, and scale a large inside sales organisation with 100+ team members.
• Build a strong leadership pipeline by coaching and mentoring Sales Managers, Senior Managers, and other team leaders.
• Establish clear goals, accountability frameworks, and performance standards across teams.

3. Sales Funnel & Productivity Management
• Drive improvements across the sales funnel, including lead management, connect rates, conversion rates, and closures.
• Track key performance indicators such as revenue per counsellor, productivity, lead-to-sale conversion, and AOV.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement data-driven interventions to improve sales efficiency and performance.

4. Process Excellence & Operational Discipline
• Build scalable sales processes, review mechanisms, and performance dashboards.
• Partner with Marketing, Product, Operations, Finance, and other stakeholders to
