LEAD’s Gender x Digital (GxD) hub is seeking a Consultant – Inclusion and Data Expert to support a large-scale government programme focused on digital skilling and AI capability building. The role combines inclusion strategy, data systems, and stakeholder coordination, with a focus on developing and operationalising frameworks, establishing inclusion metrics and monitoring systems, and building a coherent evidence base on programme inclusion.
