Job DescriptionTechTezas Ecosoft Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Area Business Manager to drive business growth, expand market presence, acquire new clients, and develop strategic business partnerships across India.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in FinTech, Telecommunication, FMCG, or EMI Locker, with a proven track record in business development, revenue generation, and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities• Drive business development and revenue growth across assigned territories.
• Identify new business opportunities and acquire potential clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
• Expand market presence through strategic partnerships and channel development.
• Achieve business targets and implement effective growth strategies.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Prepare business forecasts, sales reports, and performance updates.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and close business opportunities.
Required Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in sales, business development, or business management.
• Relevant industry experience in FinTech, Telecommunication, FMCG, or EMI Locker.
• Proven ability to achieve business targets and generate revenue.
• Robust communication, negotiation, leadership, and relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and business reporting.
• Willingness to travel across India as required.
